These terms cover use of this website and summarise how we work. Your written quote and contract, issued before your move, contain the full terms that apply to your job; if there is any difference, your contract takes priority.

2. Quotes and guide prices

Prices from the online estimator are guides only and are not an offer. A fixed price is confirmed in writing after a home or video survey. The quote is based on the information and inventory you provide; extra items, access problems or delays outside our control may change the price, and we will tell you before any change.

3. Booking and cancellation

A booking is confirmed when you accept our written quote and contract. Cancellation and postponement charges, deposits and payment dates are set out in your contract. If you book at a distance (online, by phone or WhatsApp) you may have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; if you ask us to start work within that period, you may have to pay for work already done.

4. Insurance and liability

Domestic moves include Goods in Transit cover up to £25,000 and Public Liability insurance. Higher cover is available on request. Items packed by you, cash, jewellery and documents may be excluded or limited; details are in your contract. Please report any loss or damage in writing as soon as possible after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

5. Storage

Storage is charged per container per week. Goods are released once storage and delivery charges are paid. Items that are hazardous, perishable or illegal cannot be stored.

6. Complaints

Contact us first and we'll aim to respond within 5 working days. You can also raise concerns through Checkatrade.

7. Using this website

Content on this site belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. We try to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee the site is always available or error-free. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
